By accessing or using LLMMonitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of Service
LLMMonitor provides AI brand visibility tracking and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tools. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
LLMMonitor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LLMMonitor Inc. and are protected by international copyright laws. Scan results and reports generated from your data belong to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
LLMMonitor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
